How do I apply?
There are two easy ways to apply:
Online: Submit an inquiry through our contact form, and our leasing team will email you an application to complete.
In Person: Stop by the River's Edge Apartments Leasing Office to pick up and complete a paper application.
When will you open?
Our first building is open and welcoming residents for immediate move-ins. Building #2 opens Fall 2026!
Can I take a tour?
Yes! We'd be happy to show you around our new studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Stop by Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and our team will be happy to give you a tour. Let us help you find your future home.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! River's Edge is pet-friendly, and we welcome up to two pets per apartment home. At move-in, there is a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $250, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
