How do I apply?
Please inquire using our contact form and our leasing team will send you the application to complete. Paper applications are available at our temporary Shipping Container Leasing Office at River’s Edge Apartments.
When will you open?
We will open in summer 2026.
Can I take a tour?
We are just as excited as you! Please fill out the contact form and we will get you scheduled for a hard hat tour. At this time all tours are by appointment only.
What types of homes do you offer?
We are happy to offer studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes.
